May Books

Sorry, I'm a bit late posting my list for May.   I only finished 3 books this month, and still enjoying Inferno by Dan Brown (will include in June's List).  I better get reading as this month is flying by!


1. Best Kept Secret - Jeffrey Archer - Historical Fiction
2. Silken Prey (Lucas Davenport #23) - John Sandford - Mystery/Thriller
3. The American Heiress - Daisy Goodwin - Historical Fiction/Romance


All three were excellent reads!   If you enjoy Murder Mystery/Detective Thrillers - Silken Prey was great!   John Sandford has a huge list of "Prey" books with key character "Lucas Davenport".  I have yet to be disappointed by this author.

Best Kept Secret is the 3rd book in the Clifton Series.   A great epic series running from the 19th and 20th century.

I think my favourite of the month was "The American Heiress".  I have been enjoying the TV series "Downton Abbey"  and this book was set in similar times.
